Are you products handmade?
The ceramics are made on the pottery wheel or hand built in our Bulli studio using Australian midfire clays which are fired to their required specifications in a kiln. They are finished with brushed-on commercially produced glazes (deemed food safe), which lends itself to natural variations.
Due to their handmade nature, there will be variations in glaze colour, product size and shape, and weight, from one product to another. This is what makes handmade ceramics so special - no two pieces are exactly identical. While every effort has been made to picture the products accurately, we cannot take liability for difference in computer screen colours. The product you purchase may not be exactly the one pictured.
As the ceramics are made in small batches, there may not always been every product in stock at all time. Some pieces are also one-offs. Each piece is sold separately, unless specified in the product description.
The nature photography gifts, while featuring original photography by Veradee Designs - Copyright 2024) are made by third party suppliers but have been checked for quality.
How do you care for the ceramics?
These items are intended to be dishwasher safe, however, hand washing is strongly recommended for the care and longevity of the item. Care should be taken to avoid thermal shock - sudden changes from hot to cold or vice versa can result in cracking. Ceramics are fragile so please handle with care so you can enjoy them for many years to come.
Where do you ship your products?
Veradee Designs currently ships Australia wide and does not provide international delivery. Please refer to our shipping policy.
How do you pack/package your items?
Veradee Designs uses recycled materials, such as boxes and packaging we get for our pottery supplies, to pack your order safely - which means it won’t always look pretty - but it’s what’s inside that matters :)
However, if your purchase is for a gift, please write 'gift' this in the notes section at checkout and we will provide special gift wrapping.

Do you make custom orders?
One-off custom orders aren't available unfortunately. However, for large orders of a custom item please make contact to discuss your requirements.
