Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in writing (within 24 hours of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
If the item has been damaged in transit we will need to see proof (images of the problem via email).
If the damage has occurred during transit, we will either provide a replacement item of the same product (if available) or a product of an equal value or you can get a full refund.
Change of mind
We do not provide returns or refunds for change of mind, as per the Australian Consumer and Competition Law, which states it is not a legal requirement.
While every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear online. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Please carefully read the product description which includes, approximate size and weight. Due to the handmade nature of the ceramics, there will be superficial imperfections and variations from one product to another.
Out of Stock
if there is a discrepancy in our stock system and your item is not available, we will offer you and a similar item of the same/similar value and refund any difference in price. Otherwise a store credit can also be arranged to use at a different time or the order can be paused until the chosen item is back in stock.
