Free standard shipping with orders of $190 and over
Shipping Terms & Conditions
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days once orders have been placed.
You will receive an email confirmation with shipping /tracking details. Please check your spam email folder if you have not received your taking information or contact us via email if you are still missing this information more than three days after the order has been placed.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we will not be liable for any incorrect shipping address information supplied to us. If an item is returned to us by Australia Post due to an incorrect address, the customer will pay the shipping fees to the correct address.
Orders are shipped with Australia Post and should arrive within 2-6 business days once shipped with standard post. Please refer to Australia Post for the most up to date shipping information.
We will always request a signature on receipt of your order and cannot take responsible for the order if ‘Authority to leave’ has been approved by the customer. Items, can be lost stolen or damaged and we cannot be liable.
Local Delivery
Local Delivery to postcode areas 2515, 2516, 2517, 2518, 2519 and 2500 is available. On checkout our system should pick up your postcode for this option - please choose free local delivery. We will contact you to arrange a delivery day and time.
If you choose to request the order to be left outside the resident, ie a door step, Veradee Designs cannot take liability for any lost/stolen items. Proof of delivery, via images, will be sent to the customer once the order has been delivered.
